Austin Healey 100/6 1958

Austin Healey 100/6 BN4 1958, original colour of Healey Blue and Ivory white with blue leather interior and blue hood. This is a very interesting UK supplied home market car with matching numbers. When it was built on the 14th March 1958 it went to the Austin Exhibition Hall where we believe it was prepared as a rally car and painted Healey rally red. Dunlop disc brakes were fitted front and back which in those days were usually supplied for C and D type Jaguars. When the second owner purchased the car in 1969 the car was still red and also had all the rally instrumentation still in the car and fixed seats and harnesses. This is also a rare Longbridge built Healey with the bead down the centre of the bonnet, which were fitted to all the works cars as well. The car was sold to a David Smith in the mid seventies who is a great friend of the current keeper who purchased from him a few years ago. The car has since been put back to original spec including a full repaint in the original colours and an interior re-trim with new soft top, tonneau cover and side screens. There is a lovely history file including owners manual, Heritage certificate and original buff log book. Lovely condition inside and out. £44,995 any inspection welcome and delivery available.
